Currently we are seeking to hire a Jewelry Sales Professionals for the Icebox Boutique at Saks Fifth Avenue, Miami, FL. You must have the willingness to go above and beyond - always for the customers and the company. In our boutiques, the Jewelry Sales Professional displays a laser focus on the customer providing them the luxury Icebox experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Pay is $24 per Hour PLUS Commission
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the selection of Fine Jewelry merchandise in a Luxury Brand environment
- Meet/exceed personal weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and CRM goals
- Maintain Icebox standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the store
- Develop clientele/customer base by asking each customer to complete a client profile card/client book
- Handle each customer transaction professionally, efficiently and accurately
- Proficient in credit sales, applications, offerings
- Navigate POS systems and ability to process a sale
- Evaluate jewelry and watches for repair or quality control
- Present and sell designer watches and fine jewelry to new and existing customers
- Resolve customer inquiries/complaints
- Assist in updating our newest offerings in our social media channels
- Self-motivated learner whose accountable to the goals of the organization
- Exceed all expectations and flexible to the daily changes of the position
